About the role
- Provide expert consulting services in environmental remediation and civil construction
- Design and implement groundwater investigations
- Supervise contractors and manage field operations
- Conduct project audits and promote a strong culture of safety and performance
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and team performance
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 7 professionals
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, chemical, mechanical engineering, geology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in remediation or civil construction
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
