About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Consultant in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Due Diligence, ESG management consulting projects
Responsible for managing small to medium size projects, from proposal development to delivery
Assist on project objectives from sources and methods provided by the company or developed individually
Communicating with clients and getting acquired information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, sociology, resettlement, or related discipline
At least 1 - 4 years relevant environmental working experience in multi-national companies or consulting environment
Fresh graduates with relevant environmental internship experience can be considered
Familiar with Chinese environmental regulatory requirements and international Environmental & Social risk management standards such as IFC Performance Standard and Equator Principle
Familiarity with software including MS Office, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent report writing skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a fundamental requirement
Second language skill (such as Russian) is preferred
