About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Consultant in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Due Diligence, ESG management consulting projects
  • Responsible for managing small to medium size projects, from proposal development to delivery
  • Assist on project objectives from sources and methods provided by the company or developed individually
  • Communicating with clients and getting acquired information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, sociology, resettlement, or related discipline
  • At least 1 - 4 years relevant environmental working experience in multi-national companies or consulting environment
  • Fresh graduates with relevant environmental internship experience can be considered
  • Familiar with Chinese environmental regulatory requirements and international Environmental & Social risk management standards such as IFC Performance Standard and Equator Principle
  • Familiarity with software including MS Office, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a fundamental requirement
  • Second language skill (such as Russian) is preferred
