About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, providing onsite support and strategic guidance.
- Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and observations to ensure compliance and protect personnel.
- Help develop and implement innovative EHS programs in areas such as Hazard Communication, Injury Illness Prevention, Chemical Management, and Process Safety.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related science degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within technology, biotech, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and client-focused.
- Willingness to travel to and be at client site(s) for up to 40 hours/week primarily within the Los Angeles, California or San Diego, California area.
