About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project delivery and technical execution
- Prepare and review environmental studies (RAS, EIA/RIMA and related documents), with emphasis on the physical environment
- Develop environmental diagnostics, impact assessments, and propose mitigation measures and environmental programs
- Ensure technical quality, methodological consistency, and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Support project coordination
- Participate in environmental licensing processes at state, federal, and municipal levels
- Liaise technically with environmental agencies, supporting alignments and negotiations
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
- Mentor and guide more junior consultants in technical execution
- Contribute to organizing deliverables and prioritizing activities
- Support identification of opportunities within ongoing projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related fields
- Experience in environmental licensing and preparation of studies (typically 3–5 years)
- Solid knowledge of licensing processes at state, federal, and municipal levels
- Experience in the physical environment (diagnostics, impact assessment, and environmental programs)
- Excellent technical report writing and review skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and environmental agencies
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Availability for travel and field work nationwide
