About the role

  • Design and execute an adoption KPI-driven change strategy to embed organizational change
  • Conduct change impact assessments on processes, technology, ways of working, and organizational structures
  • Manage organizational readiness risks and prepare for successful go-live and sustainable embedding of change
  • Own and manage the change narrative, consistent messaging, and comprehensive communications
  • Lead senior stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in, manage resistance, and advise leadership
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, reporting, governance, reinforcement, and effectiveness measurement
  • Advocate for integrated project delivery plans including change readiness and reinforcement
  • Collaborate with parallel transformation streams to enable a user-centric approach for affected stakeholders
  • Report to the Global Head of CDE as part of the CDE Program Leadership team

Requirements

  • Proven record (10+ years) in successfully managing global, multi-year, multi-functional strategic change initiatives
  • Experience in process harmonization (e.g., post-merger integration, building shared service centres, implementing commercial strategy)
  • Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including the C-suite
  • Experience working in a global corporate environment with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: Certification in Change management (PROCI)
  • Preferred: Experience utilizing innovative technologies (AI) in organizational management methodology
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor able to deliver the end-to-end change management cycle
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels through compelling, contextual, and consistent messaging
  • Risk mitigation mindset and ability to advise leadership on change risks, timing, and sequencing
  • Team player with proactive approach, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities while maintaining progress
  • Strong organizational skills in digital and global environment
