About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, providing onsite support and strategic guidance
  • Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and observations to ensure compliance and protect personnel
  • Help develop and implement innovative EHS programs in areas such as Hazard Communication, Injury Illness Prevention, Chemical Management, and Process Safety
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related science degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within technology, biotech, manufacturing, or energy sectors
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and client-focused
  • Willingness to travel to and be at client site(s) for up to 40 hours/week primarily within the Northern California San Fran Bay Area, California
  • Driver's License Required
