About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct field interventions: lead projects to improve worker health and safety
  • Conduct environmental and safety audits and recommend corrective actions
  • Co-design and implement tailored solutions to enhance safety performance
  • Train client company managers and help transform their safety culture
  • Work closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure the quality of deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (or equivalent Bac+5) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in consulting or the industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations and related issues
  • Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills in French and English
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time)
