About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct field interventions: lead projects to improve worker health and safety
- Conduct environmental and safety audits and recommend corrective actions
- Co-design and implement tailored solutions to enhance safety performance
- Train client company managers and help transform their safety culture
- Work closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Manage multiple projects while meeting client requirements, budgets and deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (or equivalent Bac+5) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in consulting or the industrial sector
- Strong understanding of industrial operations and related issues
- Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills in French and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time)
