About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Completing salary surveys and performing job matching
Creating job descriptions and working with external vendors
Supporting the design and implementation of salary ranges
Assisting in the management of the annual salary review process
Modelling salary review and bonus budget allocation
Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis
Designing compensation models, tools, and metrics
Managing compensation program data
Providing compensation advice to HR colleagues and line managers
Participating in total rewards projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in compensation/total rewards
In-depth knowledge of compensation survey participation and job-matching approaches
Experience working across multiple countries is preferable, but not essential
Strong written & verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently or in a team
Advanced excel skills a must
Power BI proficiency
Workday experience a plus
