About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completing salary surveys and performing job matching
- Creating job descriptions and working with external vendors
- Supporting the design and implementation of salary ranges
- Assisting in the management of the annual salary review process
- Modelling salary review and bonus budget allocation
- Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis
- Designing compensation models, tools, and metrics
- Managing compensation program data
- Providing compensation advice to HR colleagues and line managers
- Participating in total rewards projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in compensation/total rewards
- In-depth knowledge of compensation survey participation and job-matching approaches
- Experience working across multiple countries is preferable, but not essential
- Strong written & verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Advanced excel skills a must
- Power BI proficiency
- Workday experience a plus
