Key responsibilities & impact

Drive forward environmental and water resource projects by contributing high-level hydrogeologic and modeling insights
Lead the development and interpretation of 3D geological and groundwater flow models that guide decision-making
Bring clarity to complex systems through compelling data visualization, analytical tools, and well-crafted technical deliverables
Support field operations and testing programs that form the foundation of accurate conceptual site models
Strengthen ERM’s technical excellence through collaboration with global experts and the application of advanced modeling methods

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology
4+ years of hydrogeology experience, including groundwater modeling
Hands-on experience with MODFLOW/MT3D and newer platforms such as MODFLOW-USG or MODFLOW 6
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to produce high-quality technical reports
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
Commitment to safety and adherence to established Health & Safety protocols
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license
