About the role

  • Support large industrial and global clients in multiple sectors.
  • Contribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Help organizations operate sustainably through innovative solutions.
  • Assist with a variety of EHS regulatory compliance and risk management projects.
  • Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
  • Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
  • Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
  • Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies.
  • Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements.
  • Support multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of EHS experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, work independently and as a team member.
  • Travel locally up to 60% of the time.
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license.
