About the role
- Support large industrial and global clients in multiple sectors.
- Contribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Help organizations operate sustainably through innovative solutions.
- Assist with a variety of EHS regulatory compliance and risk management projects.
- Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
- Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
- Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
- Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies.
- Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements.
- Support multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of EHS experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, work independently and as a team member.
- Travel locally up to 60% of the time.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license.
