  • Lead transformative communications and engagement programs for major capital projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Drive innovation in digital engagement and communication strategies
  • Shape ERM’s growth by contributing to business development and internal marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement cross-functional communication strategies for client projects
  • Lead stakeholder engagement programs
  • Oversee social risk and community assessment reporting
  • Manage project teams, budgets, and deliverables
  • Create and edit compelling content
  • Monitor and analyze stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate focus groups and public-facing events
  • Drive business development through proposals and relationship building

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 4-6+ years experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or consulting
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 4–6 weeks/year) and work in a hybrid office/home setting
  • Experience with crisis management and ESG communications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement tools and digital platforms (preferred)
