- Shape ERM’s CS&CC practice and influence the future of climate advisory services
- Engage C-suite and Board leaders to integrate climate strategy into business strategy
- Drive growth through innovative solutions for low-carbon economy transition
- Mentor and develop the next generation of sustainability leaders
- Position ERM as the trusted advisor for climate strategy and disclosure
- Develop and expand strategic client relationships across North America
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record with Fortune 500 firms including oil and gas, chemical, mining, power, infrastructure, technology and/or manufacturing sectors
- Demonstrable success in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales and winning strategic portfolios
- Expertise in climate strategy, carbon accounting, risk assessment, and disclosure frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CDP, SASB)
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior executives on ESG priorities
- Experience advising on net-zero and science-based target setting, decarbonization strategies, and investor engagement
