About the role
- Develop and implement EHS frameworks for data center projects and operational sites.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, global standards, and client requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and sustainability metrics.
- Oversee EHS programs for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.
- Conduct risk assessments for critical systems (power, cooling, IT infrastructure).
- Implement environmental controls for energy efficiency and waste management.
- Lead EHS integration into project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with PMO, engineering, and construction teams to align EHS goals with project objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across regions with strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s in environmental science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 11–16 years of experience in EHS roles, with minimum 5 years in data center projects
- Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site projects
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NFPA, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
