  • Drive successful delivery of multi-media environmental permitting and NEPA processes for high-profile projects.
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and clients.
  • Elevate ERM’s reputation as a trusted advisor in sustainability and environmental compliance.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in environmental science, natural resources management, ecology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years (10 years preferred) of consulting experience in NEPA impact assessment and multi-media permitting (ESA processes, Section 7/10 consultations, HCP development).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to ERM’s sustainability vision.
