About the role
- Act as a Consultant in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Due Diligence, ESG management consulting projects
- Responsible for managing small to medium size projects, from proposal development to delivery
- Assist on project objectives from sources and methods provided by the company or developed individually
- Communicating with clients and getting acquired information
Requirements
- Master degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, sociology, resettlement, or related discipline
- 1 -3 years relevant working experience in multi-national companies is preferable.
- Familiar with Chinese environmental regulatory requirements and international Environmental & Social risk management standards such as IFC Performance Standards
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a fundamental requirement
- Familiarity with software including MS Office, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
