About the role

  • support global benefits projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of actions as per plan.
  • support administration and co-ordination of benefits its renewals.
  • support the wider team as needed on benefit it plan design at local, regional and global level to meet the diverse needs of employees while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • liaise with benefit its vendors, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyse benefit its data to identify trends and recommend data-driven decisions to improve benefits its of offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in benefits management (e.g., CEBS) is preferred.
  • OR Demonstrable experience in project management/reward/benefits administration.
