About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI accelerators, agents, and ML models tailored for sustainability, health, and safety use cases.
- Leverage LLMs, BERT, and other NLP/ML frameworks to develop advanced analytics, predictive insights, and automation solutions.
- Work on end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle: problem definition, data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with management consulting teams and domain experts to translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), accelerators, and reusable components that can be scaled for multiple clients.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by researching new AI techniques, sustainability data models, and generative AI applications.
- Document solutions, develop knowledge assets, and support internal/external training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML solution development, with exposure to LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Demonstrable experience in agentic-AI development using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Model Context Protocol.
- Experience working in management consulting, professional services, and client-facing projects is highly desirable.
- Strong client engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a passion for innovation in sustainability, ESG, and safety-related AI applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
