About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of call center experience required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type at minimum 25 words per minute
  • Customer Service focused commitment
  • Previous work from home experience preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • An Illinois-Issued driver’s license or state ID is required
