About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver health education and wellness programming to high school students.
Provide one-on-one nutrition and health coaching support.
Coordinate student access to vision and dental services.
Plan and facilitate health promotion events and outreach activities.
Support youth engagement initiatives and advisory boards.
Participate in community outreach and resource navigation activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desire and ability to present information to groups.
Current CPR Certification.
U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
Ability to meet AmeriCorps background check requirements.
Experience in community health, education, or social services (preferred).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (preferred).
EPIC experience (preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred).
