About the role
- Own and oversee product suite—Sportsbook, Casino, Virtuals, Real-Life Simulated Matches, and Games
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing to align product features with acquisition and retention strategies
- Continuously review and enhance product features, usability, and player experience
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and identify market opportunities
- Work with tech and UX teams to define and implement new engagement features
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns and set responsible bonus structures
- Define and enforce T&Cs, qualification criteria, and wagering requirements
- Monitor promotion performance, adjust offers and report insights
- Evaluate financial impact of promotions and work with finance and risk to mitigate abuse
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
Requirements
- Experience managing products for Sportsbook, Casino, Virtuals and Games
- Experience developing and managing promotional campaigns (free bets, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, VIP rewards)
- Ability to define T&Cs, qualification criteria, and wagering requirements
- Competitor analysis and user journey review experience
- Experience working with tech, UX, CRM, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Customer Support teams
- Experience monitoring promotion performance and fraud/bonus exploitation
- Ability to analyze player behavior and journey data and produce reports
