About the role
- Responsible for designing intuitive web interfaces (like video libraries with advanced filtering and search)
- Responsible for creating high-quality brand assets
- Work on a variety of tasks, from creating websites redesign to creating marketing assets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related creative field
- A good understanding of design thinking principles
- Awareness of visual design fundamentals such as typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
- Experience organizing complex content into clear, readable hierarchies (e.g., long-form documentation or resource-heavy pages)
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to creating intuitive, polished experiences
- Ability to work from an existing visual style guide.
- Curious and analytical mindset with a natural drive to solve problems creatively
- Readiness to work with graphical design tasks for part of the time.
- Confidence working in Figma - using components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator or InDesign) for document design and asset creation.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries
- Awareness of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Basic knowledge of design-to-dev handoff practices and collaboration workflows
- Collaborative team player and clear communicator
- Proactive learner who enjoys exploring new design trends, tools, and patterns
- Flexible and organized, able to balance priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
