About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise our clients on evaluating, implementing and securing cloud architectures and platform services.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to integrate security from architecture through implementation.
Conduct security assessments, architecture reviews and cloud security audits.
Review source code, development environments and cloud deployments.
Support the build and secure operation of container platforms, in particular Kubernetes.
Work with Infrastructure-as-Code, Policy-as-Code, CI/CD security controls and security automation to protect cloud environments.
Take on responsibilities of varying scope depending on experience level and role as Consultant or Manager.
Help develop our services in Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Container Security, architecture reviews and security assessments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in cloud security, cloud architectures, container security, application security or in security assessments.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes — on-premises or in the cloud — and adjacent areas such as networking, storage, CI/CD and container security.
Experience in code reviews, vulnerability management and assessing complex technical architectures and concepts — ideally using modern SAST, DAST, SCA and CSPM tools.
Ability to assess technical risks and security requirements, derive practical solutions and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Motivated to grow technically and personally and willing to take on increased responsibility in projects, client relationships or within the team.
Relevant security, cloud or Kubernetes certifications, e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CKA, CKAD, CKS or cloud provider security specializations.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. French or English skills are a plus.
