About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support safety teams on one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans).
  • Develop, share and promote initiatives that support a strong safety culture across all sites.
  • Participate in Eramet Group prevention activities.
  • Analyze safety risks at mission sites and propose prioritized action plans to local teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field and support teams in the continuous improvement process.
  • Deploy and audit safety management systems, including the Group’s essential requirements, on intervention sites.
  • Lead the analysis of safety accidents and incidents, identify root causes and track corrective actions.
  • Rely on strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks as close to operational reality as possible.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with 10–15 years of experience in industrial safety.
  • Proven experience implementing improvement plans in complex industrial environments.
  • Strong ability to persuade, coach and persist to drive changes with field teams.
  • Organizational and synthesis skills in multicultural contexts.
  • Excellent written communication and facilitation skills to make complex content accessible.
  • Strong ability to build networks with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability for frequent international travel, including to remote sites (60–70%).
  • Fluent English is essential (international working environment).
