About the role
- Lead and drive the financial performance agenda
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of finance professionals
- Oversee cash flow management
- Lead scenario-based planning exercises
- Act as a trusted financial partner to the executive committee
- Oversee all financial reporting
- Coordinate tax strategy and manage relationships with external auditors
- Oversee energy contract management
- Lead the Internal Control function
- Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Proven track record of measurable results in cost reduction, cash improvement and operational performance
- Experience in a complex, multicultural, matrixed organization
- Strong business orientation
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership
- Fluency in English required; Norwegian is an advantage
