About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools
Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality
Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand
Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols
Maintain and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred
Experience in physician scheduling strongly preferred
