About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a small and growing team of Membership specialists
Communicate with membership and operations teams to identify leads
Train and mentor employees on sales activities
Maintain responsibility for monthly sales goals
Recruit, onboard and train new membership specialists
Lead weekly conference calls for performance and training reviews
Collaborate with resort operations managers and corporate associates on sales transactions
Participate in property sales audits and regional operations conference calls
Assist staff to plan and execute regional sales campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with sales, preferably in the hospitality, club membership or travel industry
Excellent communications, leadership and organizational skills
Ability to recruit, hire, manage and mentor a small sales team
Dynamic leadership and interpersonal skills, including coaching and facilitation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based software programs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time
