  • Build features that are immediately seen by tens of thousands of users and, hopefully, loved
  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and extremely fast UIs
  • Help shape architecture and best practices, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and share knowledge
  • Have direct impact on the product and codebase — nobody needs to ask the lead architect or 17 stakeholders first

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on development experience
  • Very strong in Angular or another modern framework (React, Vue — all are fine)
  • Native-level proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of browser internals, performance, and accessibility
  • Fluent in English
  • Enthusiasm for true agility: short cycles, direct customer feedback, and high ownership
  • Solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
