About the role

  • Support in the deployment and extension of new Jira solutions for enterprise clients
  • Continuous functional and technical enhancement of existing customer solutions and knowledge transfer of the methods developed
  • Technical and functional assessments as well as the development of conceptual designs
  • Participation in managing the further development of customer-specific products

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Project experience is an advantage
  • Affinity for web technologies, the social web, and collaborative communication and working principles
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Friendly and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
  • Ability to deliver projects on schedule
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products, or comparable software, is an advantage
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is an advantage
