About the role
- Identify and develop new client relationships across the U.S.
- Prospect hiring managers responsible for project, program, and transformation initiatives
- Secure new job requisitions and staffing engagements
- Partner with recruiters to deliver high quality candidates quickly
- Build strategic relationships with CIOs, PMO leaders, IT directors, and program managers
- Manage the full business development cycle
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new staffing opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years in staffing agency business development or account management
- Track record of winning new staffing clients
- Experience selling contract staffing solutions
- Experience selling into technology, transformation, or project management functions
- Existing network in Houston or U.S. enterprise markets (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience selling project management, IT, or consulting talent (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience working with energy, utilities, or large enterprise clients (Strongly Preferred)
