About the role

  • Identify and develop new client relationships across the U.S.
  • Prospect hiring managers responsible for project, program, and transformation initiatives
  • Secure new job requisitions and staffing engagements
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver high quality candidates quickly
  • Build strategic relationships with CIOs, PMO leaders, IT directors, and program managers
  • Manage the full business development cycle
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new staffing opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in staffing agency business development or account management
  • Track record of winning new staffing clients
  • Experience selling contract staffing solutions
  • Experience selling into technology, transformation, or project management functions
  • Existing network in Houston or U.S. enterprise markets (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience selling project management, IT, or consulting talent (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience working with energy, utilities, or large enterprise clients (Strongly Preferred)
