About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct search techniques
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Epikast’s market presence
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company values and policies
- Provide ad hoc support to the People & Culture team across a variety of initiatives and operational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, ideally within biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or fast-paced startup environments
- Proven experience in direct sourcing and talent identification across commercial, operational, and corporate functions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and current recruitment market trends and best practices
