About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct search techniques
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Epikast’s market presence
Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company values and policies
Provide ad hoc support to the People & Culture team across a variety of initiatives and operational activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, ideally within biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or fast-paced startup environments
Proven experience in direct sourcing and talent identification across commercial, operational, and corporate functions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and current recruitment market trends and best practices
