About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, operate and continuously improve automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Administer and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible or Puppet)
  • Monitor, log and optimize performance of production systems
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents in Linux, Windows and network environments
  • Work closely with development teams to improve monitoring and alerting strategies, as well as release and operational processes
  • Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve the platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in DevOps or platform operations
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Git
  • Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server and networking
  • Scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash or Python
  • Analytical working style and self‑initiative
  • Team orientation and clear communication
  • Interest in automation and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to evaluate new technologies
  • Solid experience in automation with tools like Puppet or Ansible (a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the DevOps environment (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring & logging tools) (a plus)
