Project Manager – Emergency Department Information System

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently plan, coordinate, and execute projects for the implementation of software solutions for medical process management in clinical and pre-hospital emergency care
- Monitor project progress with regular reporting and documentation of target achievement
- Conduct process analyses in emergency departments of acute-care hospitals
- Develop action strategies and recommendations for process optimization
- Deliver client briefings and training sessions
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in an emergency department (ED) or in emergency medical services (EMS)
- Ideally, experience in project planning and management
- Confident user of MS Office 365 and other IT applications
- Enjoy working cooperatively with diverse teams
- Quality awareness, initiative, and personal responsibility
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- High commitment, flexibility, resilience under peak workload, and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel extensively
