About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for the HR area.
  • Specialized knowledge in payroll is required to support the business team in the SAP project implementation.
  • Work on integration testing, data cleansing, business cutover, and execution of processes during go-live to support the business team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll); participation in implementation projects in Brazil is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for conversation and meeting participation.
  • Availability to travel and work on-site at the client during critical project phases (kick-off, testing, cutover, and post go-live), possibly remaining on-site for 2 to 3 consecutive weeks with weekly flybacks.
