About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through closure
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and executive sponsors
  • Manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and project KPIs
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with both functional and technical streams to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably on SAP projects
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations
  • Experience with projects involving SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
  • Experience managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Availability to work in São Paulo (SP)
  • Available to start immediately
