Senior Project Manager – SAP HCM, SuccessFactors
EPI-USE BrasilSAP HCM Project Manager leading HR transformation projects for large multinational corporations. Responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects with SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through closure
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and executive sponsors
- Manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project KPIs
- Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with both functional and technical streams to support decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably on SAP projects
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations
- Experience with projects involving SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
- Experience managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Availability to work in São Paulo (SP)
- Available to start immediately
