About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop ABAP extractors to expose data from SAP HCM.
Create and configure Generic DataSources.
Implement Full and Delta load mechanisms.
Configure and validate integration using the ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) framework.
Configure and validate the Operational Delta Queue (ODQ).
Perform extraction tests using RSA3, RODPS_REPL_TEST and ODQMON.
Support data integration with SAP Data Services (BODS).
Analyze performance and optimize extraction processes.
Prepare technical documentation for the solution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in ABAP development.
Knowledge of SAP HCM.
Experience creating Generic DataSources.
Familiarity with the ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) framework.
Knowledge of the Operational Delta Queue (ODQ).
Experience with Full and Delta loads.
Familiarity with the transactions: SE11 SE37 SE38 SE80 RSA3 RSA6 RODPS_REPL_TEST ODQMON
Experience in SAP integration using RFC.
Knowledge of extractor modeling and performance strategies.
Experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) is a plus.
Experience in SAP-to-Oracle integration projects is a plus.
Experience with high-volume projects is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP Basis for integration troubleshooting is a plus.
Experience monitoring Delta loads is a plus.
