About the role
- Provide maintenance (support) and evolution of the SAP environment
- Ensure clients' legal compliance and operational stability
- Serve as a technical reference for critical topics related to labor legislation, payroll, statutory charges and government integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, Accounting or related fields
- Technical English (reading and understanding SAP documentation)
- Spanish desirable for multinational environments
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in SAP HCM
- Proven experience as a Senior Consultant
- Experience in: full end-to-end SAP HCM implementations
- eSocial projects (implementation, fixes, data cleansing and enhancements)
- AMS support (level 3 / specialized)
- Technical knowledge in SAP HCM
- Deep expertise in key modules: PA – Personnel Administration, PY – Payroll (Brazil), OM – Organizational Management, TM – Time Management
- Calculation of Brazilian statutory payroll charges
- HCM ↔ FI integration
- Design and maintenance of infotypes
- Functional User Exits / BADIs
- Basic functional debugging (reading ABAP code)
- Specialization in eSocial (Critical Requirement)
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation
- Mastery of eSocial events, including: S-1000, S-1005, S-1010, S-1020, S-1030, S-1050, S-2200, S-2300, S-2205, S-1200, S-1210, S-2299, S-2399
- Experience with: data cleansing
- Analysis and correction of eSocial/DIRF (income tax reporting) errors/returns
- Monthly closing and reopening
- Knowledge of deadlines and legal impacts of failing to submit to government authorities
- Experience operating in production environments with government integrations (web services)
- Ability to act as a technical reference
- Clear communication with HR, Legal, Payroll and IT areas
- Consultative and analytical profile
- Ability to work under pressure during critical periods (month-end close)
- Autonomy and technical leadership
- Organization and documentation of solutions
