About the role

  • Provide functional SAP MM support (Level 2 and 3), performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Handle and follow up corrective, evolutionary, and small enhancement requests, from requirements gathering through delivery.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as an SAP MM Consultant with proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement (purchasing), inventory/stock management, and goods receipt processes.
  • Experience handling tickets, SLAs, and using ITSM tools.
  • Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Functional analysis skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Experience in S/4HANA environments.
  • Knowledge of Brazil localization (taxes, NF-e electronic invoicing, SPED).
  • Previous experience in high-volume ticket environments.
  • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Consultative approach and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Advantage: ability to perform debugging.
