About the role

  • Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to work on implementation, enhancement and support projects for the Learning Management module.
  • Support HR and business areas in the digital transformation of corporate training.
  • Act as the technical and functional point of reference for the module, advising on decisions, proposing improvements, and ensuring the best experience for both users and administrators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 4–5 years) with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Experience in implementation projects, rollouts, or system improvements.
  • Knowledge of LMS administration (structures, items, curricula, programs, assignments, reports, etc.).
  • Experience with corporate training processes (compliance, learning paths, traceability).
  • Desirable experience in PRD report development.
  • Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and IT.
  • Technical English for reading documentation.
