About the role
- Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to work on implementation, enhancement and support projects for the Learning Management module.
- Support HR and business areas in the digital transformation of corporate training.
- Act as the technical and functional point of reference for the module, advising on decisions, proposing improvements, and ensuring the best experience for both users and administrators.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 4–5 years) with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Experience in implementation projects, rollouts, or system improvements.
- Knowledge of LMS administration (structures, items, curricula, programs, assignments, reports, etc.).
- Experience with corporate training processes (compliance, learning paths, traceability).
- Desirable experience in PRD report development.
- Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and IT.
- Technical English for reading documentation.
