About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor and orchestrate value in complex projects.
  • Navigate confidently through SAP ERP / S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors and Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success
  • Previous work with SAP clients or the related ecosystem (ERP / S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors), preferably in consulting firms, SAP partner companies or similar areas.
  • Experience managing portfolios with varying levels of complexity and engagement models (Low, Mid and High Touch).
  • Understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Controlling) and/or HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Payroll and other modules).
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities and client value drivers.
  • Essential knowledge to support technical-strategic dialogue in the following areas: SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA – functional perspective, architecture and roadmap.
  • SAP BTP – extensions, integrations and innovation capabilities.
  • SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors – overview of modules, integrations and roadmap.
  • SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP WalkMe – general understanding of the Transformation, EA and Adoption pillars.
  • Ability to interpret value maps, roadmaps and best-practice recommendations.
  • Value- and results-oriented profile, with the ability to build success plans, guide journeys and support executive decisions.
  • Experience conducting executive meetings (SteerCos, QBRs, Value Workshops).
  • Ability to coordinate between client, consulting, support, AMS and SAP.
  • Clear, executive communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships.
  • Organization, autonomy, priority management and analytical mindset.
  • Collaborative, mediating and problem-solving attitude.
  • Previous experience in adoption management, user experience and digital transformation.
  • Preferred (Nice to have): English and/or Spanish.
  • Experience with the SAP Customer Value Journey methodology.
  • SAP Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP commercial models, licensing and consumption.
