About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the successful start-up, testing, verification, and handover of inverter systems in the field.
Ensures that inverters and associated balance-of-system components are installed, configured, and operating according to technical specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements.
Works closely with project managers, installation crews, customers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field; or equivalent technical experience.
3+ years of experience with power electronics, solar inverters, energy storage inverters, UPS systems, VFDs, or similar equipment.
Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning, troubleshooting, and high-voltage operations (up to 1,500 V DC and LV/MV AC).
Strong understanding of: AC/DC power systems
Three-phase systems
Protection relays, grounding schemes
Modbus/TCP, Ethernet, CAN, and other communication protocols
Ability to read electrical schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
Willingness to travel 50-80% as required.
