About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and maintain technician schedules and assist Field Managers with dispatching resources based on priority, skill set, and location
  • Monitor work orders from creation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Develop processes and templates for records of field service work, including dispatch logs, service orders, and repair orders
  • Track service requests, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency response activities
  • Update and maintain CRMs and online databases such as Salesforce and Jotforms with work performed, inventories, and service requests
  • Coordinate directly with customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide service information
  • Coordinate parts shipments, site access, permits, and equipment availability
  • Maintain service records, reports, and dashboards for operational visibility
  • Assist with process creation, implementation, and adoption
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and contract compliance documentation
  • Support onboarding and training logistics for new technicians
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across field operations
  • Participate in development, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental policies, procedures, workflows, and tools
  • Collaborate on special projects and company-wide initiatives as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Experience managing technician schedules and dispatching resources
  • Experience monitoring work orders and maintaining accurate service documentation
  • Experience with CRMs and online databases such as Salesforce and Jotforms
  • Ability to coordinate customer appointments and service communications
  • Ability to coordinate parts shipments, site access, permits, and equipment availability
  • Ability to maintain service records, reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and contract compliance documentation
  • Ability to support technician onboarding and training logistics
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and company policies
  • Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time and occasionally move about an office
  • Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to visit customer or partner locations, including offices, manufacturing floors, laboratories, and construction sites
  • Willingness to travel locally, overnight, and within North America less than 10%
