About the role
- Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align business goals, processes, and technology.
- Lead the design and delivery of business and enterprise architecture frameworks and solutions to address complex client challenges.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance to ensure alignment with organisational standards, policies, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps, using Target Operating Model (TOM) expertise to drive scalable, efficient operations.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions within transformation programmes.
- Provide guidance, best practices, and leadership across business, technical, and enterprise architecture domains.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise and business architecture within a consulting environment, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), business capability modelling, and integration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Target Operating Models and establish effective enterprise processes, governance, and controls.
- Experience across multiple architecture domains (business, application, data, technology), with familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration approaches (APIs, SOA, microservices).
- Proficiency with architectural modelling tools (e.g. ArchiMate, Sparx or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and deliver high-impact outcomes in complex environments.
- The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SC level security clearance.
