About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align business goals, processes, and technology.
Lead the design and delivery of business and enterprise architecture frameworks and solutions to address complex client challenges.
Establish and enforce architecture governance to ensure alignment with organisational standards, policies, and regulations.
Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps, using Target Operating Model (TOM) expertise to drive scalable, efficient operations.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions within transformation programmes.
Provide guidance, best practices, and leadership across business, technical, and enterprise architecture domains.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in enterprise and business architecture within a consulting environment, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong knowledge of frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), business capability modelling, and integration strategies.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement Target Operating Models and establish effective enterprise processes, governance, and controls.
Experience across multiple architecture domains (business, application, data, technology), with familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration approaches (APIs, SOA, microservices).
Proficiency with architectural modelling tools (e.g. ArchiMate, Sparx or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and deliver high-impact outcomes in complex environments.
The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SC level security clearance.
