About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
  • Assist customers with account updates, order status, billing inquiries, and general support requests
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and company systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily
  • Meet established response time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in chat support, customer service, call center, or administrative support is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Experience using CRM or live chat software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
