About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and senior management
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential files, reports, and company records
  • Monitor office workflows and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus)
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
