About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead user research and discovery sessions to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and needs
- Translate high-level roadmap features into clear, actionable, low-level requirements
- Write comprehensive requirements, while identifying edge cases and acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups to unblock the team
- Serve as the go-to expert for your product area
- Support internal teams by answering questions, providing training, and evangelizing your features
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute successful product launches
- Understand how AI shapes the market and how this can impact feature development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in delivering successful SaaS products
- Understanding of software development methodologies and technical concepts
- Proven ability to work with and understand emerging AI technologies
- Ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into product requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
