CA membership of CAANZ or equivalent tertiary qualification
Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and monitor results to secure effective organisational performance
Excellent numeracy and technical accounting skills
Proficiency working with accounting software packages – preferably Oracle
Proven experience in influencing and providing specialist advice to senior leadership
Strong interpersonal skills for building productive collaborative relationships both internally and externally
Excellent knowledge of corporate finance processes and reporting standards
