Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated leadership of a procurement function, preferably in public sector or regulated environments
Ability to apply Government Procurement Rules and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders
Experience uplifting capability, improving processes, and embedding procurement frameworks
Familiarity with NZGP competency frameworks, procurement lifecycle, commercial practice, and system wide expectations
Diploma in NZ public Sector Procurement / Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent qualification
Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.
