Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership of a procurement function, preferably in public sector or regulated environments
- Ability to apply Government Procurement Rules and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders
- Experience uplifting capability, improving processes, and embedding procurement frameworks
- Familiarity with NZGP competency frameworks, procurement lifecycle, commercial practice, and system wide expectations
- Diploma in NZ public Sector Procurement / Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent qualification
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.
