Collaborate with teams across Insights, Sales, Account Management, and Analytics Projects.
Apply segmentation and geodemographic methodologies to analyze client and market data.
Participate in project kickoff meetings, client discussions, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and validate client data for analysis.
Create reports, presentations, and other client-ready deliverables.
Present findings in a clear, engaging, and business-focused manner.
Respond to client questions and provide support following project delivery.
Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and deliverable quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

post-secondary degree in Geography, Social Sciences, Business or related field.
recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-op placements, or summer positions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for understanding consumer behaviour, market trends, and the factors that influence decision-making.
Ability to synthesize information and identify meaningful insights.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
Interest in working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; exposure to or interest in analytical and AI tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, VS Code, etc.) is an asset.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
