About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You analyze business processes and workflows at our clients (e.g., in the insurance or wholesale sectors) and identify opportunities to improve the user experience in systems such as ERP and CRM.
  • In workshops with stakeholders and in interviews with end users, you gather needs and requirements and translate them into user stories, personas, and requirement documents.
  • You create interactive wireframes and prototypes to make solution ideas tangible and conduct usability tests to collect valuable feedback directly from users.
  • You are responsible for deriving and specifying functional and non-functional requirements based on your analyses and prototypes and actively support the entire requirements engineering process.
  • You act as a "translator" and mediator between the client’s business units, end users, and our technical teams to ensure the developed solution meets both business objectives and user needs and can be implemented efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have several years of experience designing complex business and enterprise software in a B2B environment.
  • Practical experience and demonstrable project successes are more important to us than formal academic degrees.
  • You have extensive expertise in requirements engineering methods as well as in UX design.
  • You can work with prototyping tools (Figma, AI prototyping tools) to visualize and communicate concepts.
  • You quickly understand complex business processes and develop not only structured but also strategically forward-thinking and innovative solutions.
  • You are a strong communicator who can prepare and present complex topics appropriately for different audiences with confidence.
  • Very good German and good English skills are required.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Work on projects of strategic importance for clients in the insurance, wholesale, agriculture, and startup sectors.
  • No standard mentor–mentee dynamic: learn through active participation and tailored coaching from industry experts who truly know the business.
  • No rigid 9-to-5 shifts. Flexible working hours — your time, your schedule; we encourage individual working styles.
  • Our offices are more than four walls. Expect top equipment, two terraces, and a kitchen stocked with free snacks well beyond the standard office coffee.
  • Enjoy VIP perks: from exclusive shopping discounts to reduced-rate gym memberships — we make sure work pays off in more ways than one.
  • We are team players without ego trips. We maintain a flat structure with no obstructive titles or hierarchies.
  • Boredom is foreign to us. Our team events are more than obligatory networking — expect fun that genuinely recharges you.
  • Above-average compensation is our standard. We value your skills and make sure that shows on your pay statement.
