Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and test tactical data communications software for multiple weapons systems.
Design, develop, and test desktop and/or web-based graphical user interface solutions.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from receipt of system requirements through support for final integration testing.
Diagnose and resolve software issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design.
Strong coding and debugging skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
BS and/or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Math with 0-6 years experience in a related field.
Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
Knowledge of Tactical Data Link Protocols (Link-16, Link-11/B, JREAP, or other).
Experience with HTML5 and JavaScript.
Experience with version control and issue tracking applications.
Experience with network programming and serial communication.
